Thank you Shakeology

I personally love Shakeology for the regularity, helps me in between meals, and it help lower my blood pressure which was starting to get high, and it helped me lose weight.

Now to hear this from a challenger a unsolicited person saying thank you to one of my friends makes me smile, and believe in my product, thank you Shakeology!

Day 1 of Shakeology Cleanse since my last challenge I gained 10lbs as I might have stated in my previous blog, due to some health challenges and coping with everything and losing sight of what I wanted yes I gained 10lbs, but I am back and ready to continue to succeed in this journey so here is day 1.

**Eat 6 small meals a day. That can be as small as a string cheese, or a couple slices of turkey, but eat something every 3-4 hours! This revs up your metabolism telling your body that its going to eat again soon so it better hurry up and burn this off!

Wow Can You Say M.I.A.

I have been lost for a while, I finished my 90day challenge and lost 30lbs, and it feels good. After that I started experiencing some health issues that has set me back into a slight depression, and I just stopped working out going into the next challenge. I kinda ate like crap, and now here I am 10lbs gained not happy about it, but I am back to it. Even now I find myself having a hard time still getting back into things, but today I feel positive about it all. Saying to myself it is what it is, and I need to just push pass this, and not sabotage my success. I just want to apologize to anyone out there who were looking forward to my posts and have not seen them sheesh. Here I am back to posting once or twice a week, feel free to ask me anything and will definitely try to answer. I'm back and looking forward to losing 50 more lbs by this summer!

I am not lost...still here

Ok sorry i have been M.I.A. I have been busy and sick and busy and out of town...sheesh. I have gained some weight lost it back and gained 2 and trying to lose it back haha...as of right now i have lost 29lbs, and I am damn happy about that. I have never committed to anything far as losing weight this long in my life and I am enjoying it, even with its ups and downs, I'm still happy. I hear ppl saying hey you are really losing weight girl I am like yes I am haha, then I have some that I work with who say they are jealous and want to lose weight, but when I try and get them on the same band wagon its' a different story then "I don't have the money", "it's too much money to do that", " why I gotta drink a shake"...like seriously if you are not willing to invest in your own health then who will? Stop making all these excuses because I work at the same place and I have made room for this program and I am damn happy I did. I can't wait to come back on here and say I am 150lbs and say Booya! lol Just thought I say I am not lost, just been a bit busy and still kicking ass over here with this weight.
